Yello is a startup with 20 international collaborators, founded by two expert entrepreneurs. We have developed a new generation bank payment terminal, integrated in an open Android phablet. Yello was quoted by Forbes as one of the European startups to follow in 2017.

 

To further strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Hardware Technical Support Manager to join our Paris office. The role of the Hardware Technical Support Manager will be to support Customers, Partners, and sub-contractors of the YelloPad, Yello’s product.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • L2 technical support to Customers, Partners, Factories and Repair centre
  • Support Ticketing, knowledge database, technical documentations
  • Hardware issues investigation and resolution
  • Definition and implementation of technical tools (download, tests, Repair, etc…)

 

Required skills:

  • Full professional proficiency in English (Yello is a English/French bilingual company, a level of at least TOEIC 900+ or equivalent is required)
  • Team spirit, flexibility, results oriented, ready to do what is needed
  • Organisation and reflection skills, agile methods, autonomy
  • At least 5 years of experience in electronic device hardware support

Remuneration according to profile: upper range + stock.
