Yello is a startup with 20 international collaborators, founded by two expert entrepreneurs. We have developed a new generation bank payment terminal, integrated in an open Android phablet (www.yelloco.com). Yello was quoted by Forbes as one of the European startups to follow in 2017.

To further strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an experienced Middleware System Integrator to join our Paris office. The role of the Middleware System Integrator will be to integrate the Android developer platform onto the embedded devices onto the YelloPad, Yello’s product.

Required Experience: 

• Minimum 4 years experience in Android development and system integrations

• Basic knowledge of hardware schematics 

• Experience with Android rugged devices (tablet, mobile, and/or embedded devices)

• Development experience in Linux Kernel e/o Bootloader (i.e. uboot)

• C-programming 

• Java, C++

• Familiarity with some of the Android subsystem (WiFi, LTE, GPS, Multimedia)

Profile:

• Full professional proficiency in English (Yello is a bilingual English/French company, TOEIC 900+ level or equivalent required)

• Team spirit, flexibility, results oriented, ready to do what is needed

• Comfortable with challenging environment and projects

• Ability to organize, use agile methods, day-to-day autonomy
